Zanda Zālīte worked as a Client Specialist at Lattelecom starting in August 2008 and is currently still employed there. Prior to their position at Lattelecom, they served as a Supervisor at Menzies Response from March 2005 to May 2007.

Zanda Zālīte attended Latvijas Lauksaimniecibas Universitate from 2001 to 2004. During their time there, they pursued a field of study in Agricultural Economics. However, they did not obtain a specific degree from the university.
