Ella Sharp has a background in occupational health and safety, with experience working as a Return to Work Officer at Baw Baw Shire Council and as an Occupational Health & Safety Officer at Gippsland Water. Currently, Ella holds the position of Health & Wellbeing Manager and WorkCover & RTW Manager at Latrobe Regional Hospital. In addition, Ella is a Student Member at Australian HR Institute. Ella has pursued further education in Work Health & Safety, creative writing, novel writing, and retail bakery cakes & pastry.
