Rohit Rajasekharan has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Chief Transformation Officer at Lato Milk since 2022. In this position, they oversee the dairy processing company's operations and works towards improving the dairy sector in Uganda.

From 2010 to 2013, Rohit worked as the Deputy Manager in Business Development and Marketing at Bombay Stock Exchange Limited. Rohit contributed to expanding the client base in the Kerala region and handled clients in multiple new regions.
Rohit began their career as a Programmer Analyst Trainee at Cognizant in 2009, where they gained valuable experience in the IT industry.
Rohit Rajasekharan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University between 2005 and 2009. Later, in 2013 and 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from S P Jain School of Global Management.
