Tatiane Souza Santiago has extensive experience in the technology and hosting sectors, currently serving as Gestora de SLA at Maxihost since February 2015, responsible for corporate account management, including MTTR and MTBF oversight, client updates, SLA reporting, and contract management. Prior to this role, Tatiane held commercial managerial positions at MaxiHOST Hospedagem de Sites LTDA, Plug in hospedagem de sites IDC | Intelig, and Condominio Soluções de Tecnologia S/A, along with a relationship analyst position at Terra Network Brasil S/A. Tatiane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Faculdade Osvaldo Cruz and has studied Computer Science at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
