Vanessa Larco is a Partner at New Enterprise Associates (NEA), where they lead Series A and Series B investments in B2B and B2C companies. Vanessa also serves on the boards of EvidentID, Mejuri, Cleo, Rocket.Chat, Robinhood, OmniSci, Forethought.ai, Willow Pump, Greenlight Financial, Lily AI, Feather, and Noonlight.

Prior to joining NEA, Vanessa was the Director of Product Management - Mobile & Web at Box, where they led a team of five Product Managers who supported 40+ engineers on Box's flagship web and mobile products. Vanessa also oversaw the rebuild, redesign and launch of the company's web and mobile applications (All New Box: https://blog.box.com/blog/all-new-box) in Sept 2016. In addition, Vanessa established company-wide metrics for measuring the success of all products and introduced wide scale A/B testing across Box's entire user base by creating new go to market processes and building new internal tools that reduced complexity around testing.

Vanessa is also responsible for developing the Box mobile security solution that attracted new key partners and large customers. Vanessa also launched the new Box Mobile SDKs, which drove a 22% increase in registered developers and announced the new products in the BoxDev keynote 2015.

In addition to their work at Box, Vanessa also founded, developed and oversaw the Associate Product Manager program including designing the curriculum and interview processes to create a new pipeline and development track for junior talent.

Vanessa Larco graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2008 with a degree in computer science. While at Georgia Tech, they were an Intel Scholar and member of the equestrian team, Alpha Chi Omega sorority, College of Computing Student Activities, Student Government Association, and Society of Theirpanic Professional Engineers (SHPE). Vanessa graduated with high honors and specialized in human computer interaction/ usability.
