Matt Rowe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, quality, and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Operations, EH&S, and Quality at Latham Pool Products Inc. since 2018, Matt oversees the manufacturing of inground residential swimming pools and related products. Prior experience includes roles at United Technologies from 2007 to 2017, where Matt held multiple executive director positions, driving performance improvements and managing substantial operations and budgets across diverse product lines. Earlier experience with GE included managing chemical operations, leading a team of 1,300 employees across multiple manufacturing sites. Matt holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BSME in Operations from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
