Alexander Xydas is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader currently serving as Co-Founder and COO of NXTLVL, a platform aimed at preparing children for an unpredictable future, and as a Co-Founder and Founding Investor of Paynest, which focuses on financial wellbeing for employees. As a Founding Partner at Lateralus Ventures, Alexander is involved in launching and scaling tech startups. Additionally, Alexander co-founded blueflite, a deep-tech company specializing in aerial logistics, and has held positions at McKinsey & Company, where roles included Engagement Manager and Senior Associate. Experience also includes participation in the Techstars Dubai 2018 accelerator and consulting roles at Google and IBM. Alexander Xydas holds an MBA from Northwestern University—Kellogg School of Management and has degrees in Engineering Design and Sports Technology from Loughborough University.
