Cecilia Mattson is a seasoned executive in transformation and corporate projects, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Transformation at Latecoere since January 2024. Prior to this role, Mattson was the Head of Post-Merger Integration at Airbus from September 2019 to December 2023, and held dual positions as Head of Corporate Projects & Digital Transformation and Head of Business Improvement at ATR from July 2015 to September 2019. Mattson also accumulated significant experience as a Director at AlixPartners from October 2006 to July 2015 and as Process Development Manager at ASSA ABLOY from 2003 to 2006. Early in the career, Mattson served as Assistant to the CEO and Chairman of the Board at Industriförvaltnings AB Kinnevik, gaining exposure to high-level corporate governance. Mattson holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and International Business/Management from Linköping University, complemented by studies at the University of Kaiserslautern in Germany from September 1998 to September 1999.
