Davide Ioppolo has extensive experience in the airline industry, starting with their role as a Sales Representative for SIMA International Airlines Services from 2005 to 2007. Davide then moved on to Air Europa, where they worked as a Sales Representative and later as a Sales Manager for Italy from 2007 to 2013. Subsequently, they joined LATAM Airlines, where they held various positions including Sales Manager for Italy & Middle East from 2013 to 2020, Global Key Account Manager for TMCs EMEA from 2020 to 2022, Global Sales Manager for TMCs EMEA, US, and LATAM in 2022, and currently, they serve as the Regional Commercial Director responsible for Central and Southeast Europe, United Kingdom, Nordic Countries, Middle East, and South Africa. Throughout their career, Davide has demonstrated expertise in managing key accounts, establishing strategic plans, maximizing sales and profitability, and maintaining positive client relationships. Davide has also showcased the ability to identify cost and revenue opportunities, negotiate deals, and improve cost effectiveness. Prior to their career in the airline industry, Davide had experience in supplier relations at Fastweb and worked in sales roles in the travel industry at BEA TUR Viaggi e Turismo and I Viaggi della Rugiada.

Davide Ioppolo has a diverse education history. In 1995-2000, they attended Liceo Linguistico and obtained their Maturità Linguistica, specializing in Lingue Straniere (Foreign Languages). In 2000-2001, they attended Istituto CAPAC di Milano and earned a degree as a Tecnico della commercializzazione dei servizi turistici, focusing on Turismo e Commercio (Tourism and Commerce). In 2002, they attended Istituto CAPAC di Milano again and became an agente e rappresentante di commercio (Sales Representative). In 2009, they earned a degree as Direttore Tecnico di Agenzia Viaggi e Turismo (Technical Director of Travel Agencies) from IULM University. In 2010, they attended 24ORE Business School and studied Analisi e Strategie di Marketing (Analysis and Marketing Strategies) as well as Sales Management: politiche commerciali e reti di vendita (Sales Management: Commercial Policies and Sales Networks). In 2016, they attended POLIMI Graduate School of Management and completed an Executive Master in Management as well as an Executive Program in Marketing Management.
