Phil Begany has extensive experience in real estate and development, currently serving as Broker/Developer at Lat Purser & Associates, Inc. since April 2007. Prior to this role, Phil was the Director of Real Estate at Wendy's International, Inc. from 2002 to 2007, and earlier held various positions at McDonald's from November 1979 to July 2001, including Real Estate Representative, Site Planner, Architectural Coordinator, and Construction Project Manager. Phil holds an Associate's degree in Architectural Technology from The University of Toledo, completed between 1982 and 1984.
