Siobhan Kelley has a range of experience in communications and project management. Siobhan began their career at Namibia Women's Health Network in 2011, where they worked as a Project Manager for five months. In 2012, they joined Partners In Health as a PIH Engage Organizer for a year. Siobhan then moved to Last Mile Health in 2013 and worked their way up through various roles, including Development and Communications Coordinator, Communications Manager, Manager of Communications and Strategic Engagements, Deputy Director of Communications, Director of Communications, and most recently, Senior Director of Communications.

Siobhan Kelley completed their education at Clark University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Development & Social Change in 2012. Siobhan then furthered their studies and received a Masters of Arts degree in the same field from Clark University in 2013. In 2011, they also participated in a program on "Nation-building, Globalization, and Decolonizing the Mind" at the Center for Global Education in Windhoek, Namibia.
