Ian Wallace has a diverse work experience. Ian began their career as a Summer Associate at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC in 2007. In 2009, they worked as an Attorney in the Commercial Law Unit at the City of Philadelphia. Also in 2009, they joined Dechert LLP as an Associate and stayed with the company until 2015. During this time, they held a variety of roles. In 2015, they joined Lassonde as the Director of Legal Affairs, and was later promoted to Senior Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs in 2017. In 2019, they became the General Counsel at Lassonde, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Administration and General Counsel since September 2021.

Ian Wallace completed their Juris Doctor degree with honors (cum laude) from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law between 2006 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their bachelor's degree in Government from Harvard University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
