Rukky Ojakovo has a diverse work experience spanning over 22 years. They began their career at Structured Materials Industries Inc as a Staff Engineer in 2000 and continued in that role until 2004. They then joined Denton Vacuum LLC as an Equipment Engineer from 2004 to 2006. Following this, they worked at Procter & Gamble in various roles, starting as a Cost Engineer in 2006 and progressing to become a Brand Director for the COSTCO Customer Team. After leaving Procter & Gamble, they joined First Quality as the Director of Household Paper in 2016, where they contributed until 2019. From 2019 to 2023, Rukky Ojakovo served as the Head of Marketing for Business Development at First Quality. Currently, they hold the position of Business Unit Director - Heaters at Lasko Products, starting from November 2022.

Rukky Ojakovo pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University from 1999 to 2002. This was followed by a Master of Science degree in Bioengineering from Temple University, which they completed between 2003 and 2005. Rukky then went on to study at Saint Louis University, where they obtained their MBA from 2009 to 2011.
