Rodney Anderson has a diverse background in various industries. Rodney started their career as a Production Engineer at Carter Holt Harvey Building Supplies Group, where they provided technical expertise and trained local operators on plant equipment. Rodney then became the Export Sales Manager, responsible for sales of roofing products in multiple locations throughout the Pacific.

After that, Rodney worked at BEI Hawaii as a Product Group Manager, where they managed a team and significantly increased sales by focusing on key sub-contractors in commercial construction. Rodney also handled architectural specification work with major firms.

Rodney then joined Dryvit Systems, Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager, where they had P&L responsibility and successfully grew sales and territory coverage.

Rodney later transitioned to e-Builder and ViaNovus, where they served as a National Account Manager.

In 2010, Rodney founded eBizNZ eCommerce Operations, where they worked as an Ecommerce Director and Front-End Developer for 10 years. Rodney specialized in website development, customization, user interface design, and online marketing for ecommerce sites.

Most recently, Rodney joined Lasko Products as an Ecommerce Marketplace Manager, responsible for managing the company's presence on various online marketplaces.

Throughout their career, Rodney has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on sales and profitability, and a deep understanding of ecommerce operations.

Rodney Anderson completed their high school education at Mt. Albert Grammar School from 1979 to 1983. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Chemical Engineering at The University of Auckland from 1984 to 1987.
