Maria Songer, IPMA-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Analyst II at Las Virgenes Municipal Water District since March 2018, having previously held the position of Human Resources Analyst I. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Assistant at Ventura County Community College District, a Client Benefits Specialist for County of Ventura, and a Customer Service Representative at the City of Oxnard Del Norte Regional Recycling and Transfer Station. Additionally, Maria held positions as a Data Entry Operator at the Oxnard Police Department and as an Office Assistant at Oxnard Fire Department. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Capital Management from California Lutheran University and a Bachelor's degree in Management from California State University, Northridge, along with a Business Management degree from Oxnard College.
