Raymond Neal is an experienced architect with a specialization in hospitality, custom residential, and retail network development. Currently serving as Executive Director of Architecture and Planning at Las Vegas Sands Corp. since May 2019, Raymond has previously held roles including Senior Designer at Steelman Partners, Senior Designer at Steinberg Architects, and Vice President of Design at HKS. As an architect since July 2012, Raymond has operated through the firm Raymond L Neal, Architect, and has significant experience from earlier positions at Hill Glazier Architects and Deiss & Associates. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned between 1988 and 1994.
