Marc Sanchez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public affairs and photography. Currently serving as a Public Affairs Specialist for the U.S. Forest Service since August 2023, Marc has a long-standing career in photography through various ventures, including Marc Sanchez Photography, Vegas Helicam, Icon Sports Media, and as a Staff Photographer for Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Previous roles include Audiovisual Production Specialist at the Bureau of Reclamation, Outdoor Recreation Planner at the Bureau of Land Management, and a series of positions related to wildland firefighting, including roles as a Fire Engine Captain and Operator. Marc has a solid foundation in GIS and environmental policy, demonstrated through two decades of involvement in fire management and outdoor recreation planning.
