Jocelyn Bates is an experienced library professional with a strong background in managing electronic resources. As the Electronic Resources Manager at the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District since January 2016, Jocelyn oversees the planning and operation of the Electronic Resources Department, focusing on effectiveness and efficiency. Prior to this role, Jocelyn served as an Electronic Librarian at the Yuma County Library District, where responsibilities included administration of the district's Integrated Library System and collection development.
