Karine Dusfour serves as Administratrice de la SCAM and référente égalité femmes-hommes at La Scam since June 2021. Currently, Karine Dusfour works on multiple projects, including being Réalisatrice de "Bébés placés, la vie devant eux" for France Télévisions and co-authoring "Inceste, quand les mères se taisent" with Hélène Romano at Éditions Larousse. In collaboration with Elizabeth Bost, Karine Dusfour co-authored "Grandir avec l'absence" published by Éditions Robert Laffont. The documentary work from Karine Dusfour includes "Qui ne dit mot ne consent pas" for Infrarouge France 2 and previous projects like "Bouche cousue" on France 2, which explored the challenges of child abuse, as well as various impactful documentaries examining social issues such as addiction and violence against women.
