Jason Wiley is an experienced professional in the senior living industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Plant Operations at Larksfield Place Retirement Communities, Inc. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Jason founded Oxford Development Holdings LLC, where Jason worked from June 2010 until December 2020. Jason also held the position of President/Owner at Oxford Senior Properties from June 2007 to June 2010 and served as Executive Operations Director at Legend Senior Living from 2002 to 2007. Jason Wiley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Gerontology from Wichita State University, completed in 1993, and a Master of Gerontology Studies from Miami University, attended in 1994.
