Octavia Kane, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Larimar Therapeutics Inc. since August 2024. Prior to this role, Octavia held the position of Director, Human Resources Business Partner at SwanBio Therapeutics from November 2021 to June 2024, where key responsibilities included managing end-to-end HR services and leading change management initiatives.
