Ferenc Bartha is an experienced leader in customer support and success, currently serving as Director of Customer Support at Laravel since September 2024. Previously, Ferenc held the position of Senior Director of Professional Services Engineering at Corcentric, where leadership of global teams focused on enhancing customer experience and return on investment took precedence. At H1, significant improvements in customer satisfaction were achieved, including a 42-point NPS increase under Ferenc's guidance as Senior Director, Customer Support. During tenure at Tradeshift, Ferenc advanced through several strategic roles, ultimately leading a global team of over 140 and driving innovations that enhanced customer loyalty and operational efficiency.
