Saija Suursoho-Kaikkonen is an experienced HR professional with over 25 years in the field. Currently serving as HR Manager at Rakennusliike Lapti Oy since January 2017, Saija has a strong background in consulting on HR-related issues and overseeing main HR processes. Prior roles include HR Specialist and Coordinator at Ramboll, where responsibilities included updating HR databases and coordinating occupational health care. Additional experience encompasses HR Specialist positions at Nets and Nokia Siemens Networks, where Saija provided guidance on complex HR matters and managed various operational tasks.
