Philip Biege is a partner at LaPorte and Associates, where Philip has been active since December 2006 as a commercial insurance broker. Prior to this role, Philip served as Senior Vice President at Willis from 2000 to 2005. Philip obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History-Sociology from Willamette University between 1969 and 1974.
