Yvan Bolduc is a senior associate at Lapointe Rosenstein Marchand Melançon since March 2014, bringing extensive legal experience from previous roles as a senior associate at Heenan Blaikie from September 1981 to February 2014 and as a lawyer at Robinson Sheppard Shapiro from October 1973 to August 1981. Prior to these positions, Yvan Bolduc served as a judicial law clerk to the Chief Justice of Canada, the Honorable Gérald Fauteux, from September 1971 to September 1973. Yvan Bolduc holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor of Laws from Université de Montréal, and is admitted to the Bar of Quebec.
