Bitsy Jones currently serves as a Care Coordinator at Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice since January 2023. Prior to this role, Bitsy worked as a Receptionist/Office Assistant at the Humane Society of Putnam County from January 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities included customer assistance, appointment scheduling, and financial aid support based on grant criteria. From April 2007 to February 2015, Bitsy was employed as a Configuration Management Specialist at FN Manufacturing. Bitsy holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Lipscomb University, completed in 1972, and is a Certified International Configuration Manager through the International Society of Configuration Management.
