Maryann Maas is an accomplished legal professional specializing in intellectual property with extensive experience in both corporate and private practice settings. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Intellectual Property at LanzaTech since November 2019, Maryann previously held the position of Partner at Paschall and Maas Law Office from January 2019 to September 2019, and Chief Patent Counsel for Patent Acquisition at Honeywell UOP/HPS from March 2008 to December 2018. Maryann holds a Juris Doctor degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
