Waldemar Czaplik is an experienced professional in HSEQ management and corporate development, currently serving as HSEQ Manager EMEA and leading AI Strategy at LANXESS since April 2017. Previously, Czaplik held positions including VP of Corporate Development and Head of Process Development for Inorganic Pigments at LANXESS, contributing to the successful start-up of a new production site in Ningbo. Czaplik's academic background includes a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Bristol and a PhD from Universität zu Köln, complemented by a research stay at the University of Florida.
