Iker Gallastegui has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Iker is currently serving as a Global Operations Manager at Lantek since January 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Johnson Matthey as a SAP CoE Team Manager from February 2016 to December 2018. Iker also held the position of SAP Plan To Manufacture Functional Expert at Johnson Matthey from March 2014 to February 2016.

Before their tenure at Johnson Matthey, Iker worked at Renold PLC, where they held multiple roles. Iker served as the SAP Supply Chain Business Lead from August 2010 to January 2014, with responsibilities including the implementation of end-to-end supply chain processes. Iker was also the Operations Manager from January 2008 to July 2010, focusing on business process reengineering and best practices in planning and scheduling. Additionally, they started their career at Renold PLC as a Product Design Engineer from August 2003 to December 2007.

Iker Gallastegui completed their degree in Mechanical Engineering from EUITI Bilbao, The University of the Basque Country, Spain in 2001. Later, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration from Alliance Manchester Business School, completing it in 2008.
