Ric Spears has extensive experience in field services, having worked at Lantech since August 1988, where roles have included Field Services Engineer, Field Service Team Leader, and Field Service Technician. Prior military service as a Marine in the United States Marine Corps from September 1983 to September 1986 complements a background in electronics and marketing, with educational credentials from the Cleveland Institute of Electronics (2001-2003) in Electronics Technology and the University of Louisville (1988-1990), alongside a degree from Ahrens Vocational (1981-1983) in Marketing/Marketing Management.
