Felipe Jorge has extensive experience in IT support and infrastructure management, currently serving as Coordinator of Support at Lanlink Informática since September 2018. Responsibilities include evaluating and leading teams across multiple support levels, emphasizing service quality and user satisfaction. Prior to this role, Felipe worked as an Infrastructure Analyst for the Prefeitura Municipal de Fortaleza from June 2012 to December 2016.
