Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a focus on organic products, nutrition, and educational roles. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has developed an online store dedicated to body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana also holds the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, work as a Nutritionist in a private practice, and serving as a university lecturer on applied mathematics in nutrition and food history. Educated at Universidad Anahuac Online with a diploma in Business Administration and Universidad del Centro de México with a degree in Nutrition, Mariana brings a strong background in both health and business management.
