Johannes van der Bijl is a seasoned missionary, author, and chaplain with extensive experience in disciplemaking and church planting. Since June 2021, Johannes has served as an author for Langham Partnership International and has been a chaplain for the Church of England's Diocese in Europe since May 2022. With a commitment to training disciple makers across Africa, Johannes worked with J-Life Africa from December 2018 to May 2022 and contributed to the development of St. Frumentius Seminary in Gambella, Ethiopia, while also serving as Dean/Principal at St. Frumentius' Anglican Theological College from August 2014 to November 2016. Prior roles include vicar at Resurrection Fellowship and rector at St. George the Martyr. Johannes holds a Doctor of Ministry in Missions from Trinity School for Ministry, along with additional theological certifications and degrees from notable institutions.
