Philippe Gills is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in concierge services. Currently serving as the Chief Concierge at The Langham Hotels and Resorts since June 2013, Philippe excels in creating memorable guest experiences. Philippe's career began at Loews Hotels, where a role as a bellman transitioned into a concierge position within eighteen months. Philippe has also held concierge roles at the Palmer House from June 2006 to June 2013 and with Les Clef d'Or between 1998 and 2014, consistently delivering exceptional service by understanding and addressing guest needs with professionalism and care.
