Charlotte Lea has extensive experience in advisory roles, currently serving as a ³§±ð²Ô¾±´Ç°ù°ùÃ¥»å²µ¾±±¹±ð°ù at Statens lÃ¥nekasse for utdanning since October 2017. Prior to this, Charlotte held the position of ³§±ð²Ô¾±´Ç°ù°ùÃ¥»å²µ¾±±¹±ð°ù at Arbeids- og velferdsdirektoratet from January 2008 to October 2017 and worked as a ProsjektrÃ¥dgiver at Telenor Norge AS between September 1999 and December 2007. Charlotte's educational background includes a Cand.polit in Sociology and a Cand.mag in Sociology, both obtained from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), with the degrees completed in 1999 and 1996, respectively.
