Dustin McCluskey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as General Manager at Lane Forest Products since September 2014, Dustin has held several roles within the company, including Assistant General Manager and Supply Chain Manager. Prior to this, Dustin was the President and Owner of Botanical Craft, where management of a diverse team and compliance with FDA regulations were key responsibilities. Dustin's earlier career includes positions as Branch Manager at U.S. Bank and Captain in the US Army, where leadership was demonstrated in various capacities, including Brigade Battle Captain and Operations Officer. Dustin also contributed as an Operations Analyst at Tektronix, where skills in data analysis and process automation were applied to enhance manufacturing operations. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oregon and a US Army Officer Commission from Officer Candidate School.
