Kelly Bell has extensive experience in waste management and certification, currently serving as the Master Recycler Coordinator for Lane County Waste Management since December 2007. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as a Certifier at WIC from June 2004 to November 2007 and as an Eligibility Specialist at Lane Workforce Partnership from May 1999 to May 2004. Kelly Bell's educational background includes studies at Lane Community College.
