Jocelyn Warren is an experienced public health professional currently serving as Public Health Manager at Lane County since January 2015. Prior to this role, Jocelyn held positions as Assistant Research Professor and Postdoctoral Fellow in the College of Public Health and Human Sciences at Oregon State University from September 2008 to January 2015. Educationally, Jocelyn earned a PhD in Health Promotion from Oregon State University in 2008, an MPH in Health Behavior and Health Promotion from the same institution in 2002, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from John Carroll University in 1992.
