Jeffrey Orlandini is an experienced education and program management professional with a strong background in leadership roles. As Division Manager at Lane County Government since August 2014, and previously as Program Supervisor, Orlandini has demonstrated expertise in overseeing operations and implementing effective management strategies. Prior to this, Orlandini served as Deputy Director at City Year from July 2011 to August 2013, where responsibilities included program oversight, staff development, and training program execution. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal at Northwest Youth Corps from August 2005 to July 2011, focusing on creating supportive educational environments and addressing student behavior issues. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Concordia University-Portland and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Oregon.
