Lynette Thomas serves as the Vice President of Store Operations, Customer Experience & Communications at Lane Bryant + Cacique since July 2020, having previously held similar roles within the company. With extensive experience in retail, Lynette has worked at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. as Director and Senior Manager of Store Operations for Lane Bryant and Catherines, and held various leadership positions at Lane Bryant, Gap Inc./Old Navy, Ann Taylor Loft, and Victoria's Secret. Lynette began a career in retail management at Lane Bryant in 1997. Educationally, Lynette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from Hampton University.
