Michael Shelby is an experienced aviation professional with a comprehensive background in flight operations and management. Currently serving as the Flight Operations Manager at Lane Aviation since April 2018, Michael has excelled in implementing internal flight operation data software and managing charter operations from initial quotes to price negotiations. As the Property Manager and Owner of Seavu LLC since September 2007, Michael has developed a direct property development and investment portfolio and oversees contractor management. Previously, from January 2002 to February 2018, Michael held roles as Flight Dispatcher and Lead Flight Coordinator at Netjets, where responsibilities included dispatching various aircraft, evaluating weather conditions, and providing day-to-day support to flight crews. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from The Ohio State University and a Part 121 FAA Dispatcher Certificate from Bill Phelps Airline Ground Schools.
