Ailko Faber has extensive experience in the hospitality and gastronomy fields, holding the position of Vakdocent Gastheerschap at ROC Landstede since January 2007, where Ailko trains students in professional hospitality. Previous roles include co-founder of Foodlog from 2005 to September 2008 and docent at ROC van Amsterdam from September 2004 to 2006, focusing on various aspects of hospitality and service. Ailko has also served as Maitre d'Hotel at Restaurant Chez Bruno, Commercial Director at Domaine de Camparnaud, and owner of consultancy 'Faber in Gastronomie' in Leiden. Additionally, Ailko has held various leadership roles in restaurants, including Director at Restaurant les Quatre Canetons and owner of Restaurant Sancerre.
