Yu Guan is a skilled engineer with a robust background in propulsion system design and chemical process simulation. Currently serving as a Propulsion System Design Engineer at LandSpace since October 2021, Yu is involved in the design, development, and testing of liquid rocket engine systems, specifically the TQ-12 and TQ12A models. Previously, Yu worked as a System Modeling and Simulation Engineer, focusing on multi-disciplinary dynamic simulations using tools such as Modelica and AMEsim. Prior experience includes roles as a Chemical Process Simulation and Modeling Engineer at 联能利达科技有限公司, overseeing dynamic simulation models, and as a Manufacturing Engineer at Nanova Biomaterials Inc., managing production processes and quality systems. Yu also has research experience as a Graduate Researcher at the University of Florida, specializing in the fabrication of semiconductor devices. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Sichuan University.
