Prior experience includes leadership roles such as President of International at Kate Spade & Company from August 2014 to November 2018, Group President International at The Jones Group, Inc. from October 2012 to July 2014, and CEO at Band of Outsiders from October 2010 to September 2012. Additionally, Roy was Global President / COO at Indus Capital, focusing on Evisu from September 2009 to May 2011, and held the role of SVP/GMM International Business Development at Polo Ralph Lauren from July 2007 to September 2009. Earlier career milestones include serving as SVP Design & Product Development - Womenswear Global and VP International at Tommy Hilfiger from July 1999 to July 2006.
