Sydney Warch currently serves as a Financial Analyst at Land O'Lakes, Inc., a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Sydney completed a Finance and Accounting TAP Associate position at the same company and worked as a Finance Intern in the summer of 2021. Academic experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, covering multiple finance and business communication courses from January 2020 to December 2021. Sydney's earlier experience includes an internship in Private Wealth Management at Baird and a role as a Server/Cashier at Breadsmith Franchising, Inc., which involved training new employees and enhancing customer service.
