Laurie Olson is a Senior General Counsel at Land O'Lakes, Inc., with extensive experience in employment law. Prior to their current role, Laurie operated their own firm providing businesses with HR/employment law compliance solutions. Laurie also served as a Senior Managing Attorney at ADC Telecommunications and gained litigation experience at law firms such as Jackson Lewis LLP and Flynn Gaskins & Bennett. Laurie holds a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
