James Romero is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in manufacturing and process improvement. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since April 2018, James has held multiple leadership roles, including Interim Operations Manager and Senior Operations Supervisor. Previously, James worked at The Kraft Heinz Company as Operations Supervisor, leading initiatives in manufacturing, quality, and food safety. James also contributed to Kraft Foods Group as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, focusing on process efficiency and implementation of Lean methodologies. Earlier in James's career, roles included Production Technician and Petty Officer 3rd Class in the United States Navy. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
