Thomas (Tom) Shapley has a robust background in structural engineering, holding a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University, earned between September 1986 and May 1990. Tom has served as Vice President of Operations at Stone Panels International LLC and currently holds the position of Designer/Estimator at Landmark Structures.
