Rohit Sunny Paul currently serves as the Lead HR Business Partner at Krispy Kreme, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Rohit was employed at Max Fashion India from November 2017 to August 2024, where roles included Area Human Resources Manager and Senior Executive - Cluster HR. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at Lifestyle International Pvt Ltd from July 2015 to October 2017, and as a Store People Officer at Big Bazaar - Future Retail from May 2013 to July 2015. Rohit's early career included an internship at SEL Manufacturing Co. Ltd. in April 2012. Academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Rajagiri School of Management (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Computer from MG University (2008-2011).
