Brian Porter possesses extensive experience in acquisitions and real estate. Currently serving as Vice President of Acquisitions at Landmark Dividend LLC since December 2019, Brian specializes in investments involving billboard, solar, wind, fiber optic, and cellular rooftop/tower ground lease easement transactions for a publicly traded REIT. Prior to this role, Brian worked as a Commercial Real Estate Agent at Marcus & Millichap from January 2017 to December 2019, focusing on Manhattan multifamily and mixed-use properties. Brian’s earlier experience includes a position as a Real Estate Analyst at Union Bank, where responsibilities included underwriting a $9 billion commercial real estate portfolio, and serving as Head Coach for Golden Eagle Elite Lacrosse Club. Brian holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Marketing from Marquette University.
